If you want to smash harder, move faster, and become more skillful in badminton, this video is for you. It is very important to have consistent deliberate practice and I am here to help you get into the habit of practicing consistently. This is what separates those that improve and those that do not.

I’m going to help you for free with a stepbystep walkthrough on all the tasks that you need to do.

I’ll also give you exercise variations and tips on how you can maximize results over the next 30 days!

In this challenge, I have two tasks for you.

Task 1 – Goal setting
Write down your goal: Do you want to improve your speed? Your power? Or your skill?
Next, elaborate specifically on what is it you want to achieve in 30 days!
Make sure they are SMART! If you are having difficulty setting them, I have a video to help you.

Task 2
Find an accountability partner.
Write a punishment if you fail the challenge. Extra 2 days of exercises – Shout on social media that you give your 100% effort not to miss the next workout session!
Brief the accountability partner
The goal is to motivate and push you
You will inform your accountability partner of your progress after every workout with your program
Your partner will check with you if you miss an update
Your punishment
