How To Hyper-Nourish W/ RECIPES!

Here is a video on how to hypernourish with recipes for a hypernourishing salad, salad dressing, and dessert from my upcoming book, Goodbye Lupus Hello Delicious which will come out this summer (I will announce it!), and a hypernourishing smoothie recipe!

Recipes below!

Salad : spinach, cabbage, broccoli, carrots, cucumber, romaine, tomato.

Dressing: blend 1 avocado, 2 TB Dijon (use less if you don’t like strong mustard flavor), 3TB Braggs Aminos, 3 cloves of garlic (or less if you prefer), 3TB lemon juice, 1/4 cup nutritional yeast and about a cup of water (add more for thinner consistency).

Cherry Pie Dessert: crust:1/2 cup ground flax (pinch of salt and pinch of cinnamon) filling blended frozen bananas and cherries (about 6 oz total)

Smoothie Daily Drinker from SmoothieShred.com Spinach, handful of chia seeds, banana, mango and pineapple and water.
