Welcome back to the channel! This week I decided to try my hand at making butter for the first time! And of course I had to pair it with a homemade sourdough loaf.

This was so fun and satisfying to see the process. You don't have to have your own dairy cow to enjoy some fresh butter and buttermilk. Maybe one day you want to have your own, and this will serve as some good practice! Let me know if you guys decided to make some butter after watching this :)
