How to Hang Banners on Fence T Posts with Mini Bungee Cords - Woodstock International Food Festival

Fence Post Installation. Here is how I hang 8’ x’4’ banners on T posts with mini bungee cords.

T posts are used as fence posts mostly on farms and rural properties.

Make sure to drive the t posts into the ground spaced at a distance that is wider than the banner. Watch how the fence post installation of T post into the ground is easy with the use of the right tool.

Use mini bungee cords instead of rope to attach the banner to the T post. The bungee cords absorb a lot of the wind shock which reduces stress on the banner and helps prevent rips and tears.

I usually get the mini bungee cords from Home Depot. They have small hooks for the banner grommets. Don’t try to use bigger bungee cords: the hooks are too big. Mini bungee cords are perfect to hang the banners on the T posts. The mini bungee cords are 10” which gives enough length to wrap them around the T post and hook each end into a banner grommet.

Sometimes Home Depot is out of stock of the mini bungee cords.
