Pudge is an Exotic Shorthair cat. Her fur is very dense, she sheds often, and can easily get mats. The occasional bath helps keep Pudge's coat dematted and, in turn, keeps Pudge free of hairballs. This is how I bathe Pudge. You'll see she tries to get a way a couple of times, but tolerates her baths very well otherwise. Drying is her favorite part. She almost falls asleep while wrapped up in the towel and loves to be blow dried.
