In this video, we are going over the entire process of getting your real estate license in 2022 so that you can work as a real estate agent! A common misconception is that it is difficult to get licensed, but it's actually very simple and easy.

^This is the exact online class I took. I highly recommend it if you are looking to get your real estate license! It is cheap and easy to get through. It used to be called Real Estate Express but they just changed their name. Same exact platform!

Essentially, all you need to do is take a real estate salespersons course, submit an application, pass a state exam, and then join a brokerage!

Make sure to watch this video until the end for tips on how to go about this process the easiest, cheapest, and most efficient way. I did it myself, passed my exam on the first try, and want to help you do the same!

It depends on what state you're in, as each state has its own separate requirements. In California, we are required to take a 135 hour class (can be done online or in a classroom). Your specific state will have its own requirements, but it should be pretty similar!
