Después de mucho tiempo @alvarorojascalderon6913 y Rodrigo Sánchez me animaron a subir el valle del Río Las Leñas para llegar a la Laguna del Yeso. Para acceder a la Laguna se debe subir hacia Chacayes y de ahí tomar el camino hacia el paso Las Leñas. El camino se interna por un cajón entre medio de las montañas con paisajes increíbles que va por el lado oriente del Río Cachapoal. Una vez llegado al Puente de madera José Manuel hay que seguir el camino por la izquierda, bajando al lecho del Río y de ahí seguir la huella para empezar a subir por el valle de Las Leñas hasta llegar a la laguna.

After a long time @alvarorojascalderon6913 ​⁠and Rodrigo Sánchez encouraged me to go up the valley of the Las Leñas River to reach the Yeso Lagoon. To access the Lagoon, you must go up to Chacayes and from there take the road to the Las Leñas pass. The road enters a drawer between the mountains with incredible landscapes that goes along the eastern side of the Cachapoal River. Once you have reached the José Manuel wooden bridge, you have to follow the path to the left, going down to the riverbed and from there follow the trail to start going up the Las Leñas valley until you reach the lagoon.
