Freezing bell peppers in season can be a great way to save money at the grocery store. These peppers were purchased at our state farmer's market at the peak of the season and the price worked out to be 35 cents each. On the same day bell peppers that didn't look as good at BILO were 99 cents each, that's about a 65 percent savings. Almost everything purchased at the state farmer's market works out like this if you buy at the peak of the season. The only way to beat these prices would be to grow your own. Thanks for watching.
