Installation failed: could not create directory

1. Go to Tool, then select Site Health
2. Click Info
3. Select Filesystem Permissions to check that all are in writable or not
4. Go to the XAMPP folder (WHERE IT WAS INSTALLED)
5. Select XAMPPFILES folder
6. Search for HTDOCS folder and open it
7. Right click on WordPress folder and select Get Info
8. In Sharing and Permissions, make sure that all Read & Write are selected
9. Then, open this WordPress folder
10. Right click on wpadmin folder and select Get Info
11. In Sharing and Permissions, make sure that all Read & Write are selected
12. Right click on wpcontent folder and select Get Info
13. In Sharing and Permissions, make sure that all Read & Write are selected
14. Then, open this wpcontent folder
15. Then, do the same way for all these 4 folders (Plugins, Themes, Uploads, Upgrade)
16. In Sharing and Permissions, make sure that all Read & Write are selected
17. Right click on wpincludes folder and select Get Info
18. In Sharing and Permissions, make sure that all Read & Write are selected
19. Go to Safari to open WordPress, and then refresh
20. In Filesystem Permissions, we can see that all are in writable
21. Reinstall a theme again. It works. A theme was installed
