If you are a registered CommunityHealth patient, we can help you get a ride to and from your appointments with us. We can provide you with a LYFT promo code. This will make your ride free. Important things to know about your LYFT promo code:

1. You must download the LYFT app to use your promo code

2. You must have a form of payment attached to your LYFT account. This can be a PayPal account, credit card, debit card, or a prepaid debit card or prepaid VISA card.

3. This video will show you how to enter your promo code. This is a COUPON code for a certain dollar amount. It will act like dollars in your LYFT account and will spend those promo code dollars before it spends money from your card.

4. The LYFT promo code we provide you can be used for rides, but it unfortunately doesn't work towards tips for your LYFT driver. If you choose to tip your driver, that tip amount will come out of your card that is on file in your LYFT account.

5. If you schedule a ride and miss it, there is a noshow fee. The promo code will not work toward the noshow fee. The noshow fee is usually 5 dollars, and this will come out of your payment card on file.

6. Please ask us for a LYFT promo code at least 3 days before your scheduled appointment.
