Hello friends, my name is Christine, and welcome to Frugal Fit Mom! Today we are changing the emergency extreme grocery budget challenge and eating for 8.75 a week per person. Shop with me, cook with me, and see what's for dinner, lunch, and breakfast at our house this week. This will probably be one of our cheapest grocery hauls of 2023. I spent $52.50 for 6 people which breaks down to $1.25 per person per day!

Chicken Tortellini Soup
Ingredients
6 cups water
6 tsp bullion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup onion
1 cup carrots
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
7 oz. tortellini
frozen broccoli
parmesan cheese

Directions
Simmer all except broccoli and cheese for 30 minutes, Add broccoli and simmer another 10 minutes, Top with parmesan cheese
