Camel Spin Tips:
Practice at the wall – right hip on left hip, nostrils level, get the back down, bellybutton parallel to ice, point the toe outwards
Stay down on the knee until you hit the toe pick on the 3 turn during the entrance
Back spiral exercise
Pull head slightly back for more speed, but don’t let the leg drop
Common mistakes free leg drifts to the side, catching your toe pick while spinning, leg too high/low, dropping your arm/shoulder into the entrance
