How to cut and serve king crab legs | King crab legs from Costco

In this video I will show you how to cut king crab legs and claws and serve them so that you and your guests can enjoy them!

We purchased this king crab at #costco and it was fantastic! It was so juicy, sweet and flavorful!


INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO CUT KING CRAB LEGS:
1. Thaw them out in a big bowl under cold running water.
2. Break them down into manageable sized 8 to 10 inch pieces.
3. Using poultry shears, pointing away from yourself, cut along one side of the leg or arm. This makes it easy for guests to get at the meat with their hands.
4. Crack claws with the BACK of a chef knife. Never use the sharp edge of your chef knife to do this as you can damage your chef knife.
5. Serve on a platter or container filled with ice.
