SentrySafe V332 Safe was cut in half to look at the internal mechanisms and the security features, and lack of, were discussed. To defeat this safe, drill holes and pull the cotter pin holding the bolt as shown in the video.

This safe has a combination lock and a key lock and both have to be cleared for the safe to open. This videos purpose is primarily to show how easy it would be to crack the locks if you had knowledge of the mechanism inside, but also to show the mechanism in the Sentry V322 dual lock safe.

Conclusion: This is a deterrent for children and hurried thief who would put anything valuable in a nonfire rated safe anyway?!?
