This is my NEW favorite recipe to cook a WHOLE flounder!

And as you'll see, the process is surprisingly easy making it something that anyone can do.

It tastes great, and is so easy to pull off! Also, this style of preparing and cooking flounder allows for getting as much good meat as possible given that you can pull it right off the bones (vs. losing a lot of meat when filleting a flounder).
