This is how I make creamy ginataang manok with papay (chicken in coconut milk with papaya)

INGREDIENTS
2pcs chopped onions
6cloves chopped garlic
sliced ginger
1.4Kilo chicken legs and thighs sliced
1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
1 and 1/2cup 2nd extract coconut milk
12Tbsp fish sauce
chopped green papaya
1cup pure coconut milk
chopped green chili peppers
chopped pechay tagalog
