6 ounces pork, sliced into small pieces
18 pieces Snake beans (sitaw), cut in 2 inch length
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
