When it’s time to choose a Notary training provider, there are four qualities to look for:

1. A stateapproved provider.

2. Effective exam preparation.
Some states’ Notary exams are especially tough, so the right course can make all the difference. Find out if the course you’re looking into is specifically developed to help you pass your state’s exam.

3. Optimal exam scheduling.
You’ll want to take the exam soon after completing your training. If you have limited exam options, providers that offer study aids or refresher courses can help you prepare for a future exam date.

4. Your preferred learning style.
Consider whether you prefer to learn inperson, live online, or ondemand. If more than one provider offers the training format you like, this may be your deciding factor.
