To Change HDMI on LG TV.

Press the "Input" button on your remote and choose the desired HDMI input from the list of multiple inputs available.

To change the default HDMI input, useful for when you turn on the TV or switch between home and live TV, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Home Dashboard.
Select your preferred default input.

There's an alternative setting that allows you to bypass the default LG home screen and load your HDMI input immediately upon turning on the TV
Go to Settings.
Select All Settings
Select General.
Choose System.
Access Additional Settings.
Navigate to Home Settings.
Disable Home Auto Launch.
After making this change, turn off and then turn on the TV. The TV will now load the default HDMI input you have set.
