I'm sticking with the semimetallic pads that I already had because they have a lifetime warranty and are free to exchange. If the dust gets too bad, I'll upgrade to the Powerstop Ceramic pads. I had a stuck caliper bolt that I had to break free and I installed new caliper hardware. My stopping distance has improved greatly and so far no noises or squeaks in the first 1,000 miles.
