Learn the vocabulary you need to help communicate more naturally in English. Also, study and learn the vocabulary and expressions you will most likely hear from the receptionist at each of these places. This lesson can be used as role play practice by students studying by themselves or in an ESL class as a pair work activity.

Receptionist: We have an opening on Wednesday at 10:30 AM?
Caller: Next Wednesday at 10:30. Sure, that will be fine.
