How to build a Woodland Leprechaun Trap!

Follow
Alices Adventures - Fun videos for kids

Alice and her mom use their imaginations to build a Woodland Leprechaun Trap before St. Patrick's Day. They talk about how they build it and show most of the process. They have fun thinking of creative ways to build the trap. They want to inspire kids to exercise those brains, and come up with fun ideas of their own. It's almost St. Patrick's Day, so don't forget to get your traps set up the night before St. Patrick's Day! Because that's the only time you can catch a leprechaun. If you catch one they grant you three wishes! Have fun making your own memories, and traditions.

Materials needed:
Portion of a log or tree stump.
Fake grass or turf.
A piece of board or cardboard for the base.
Small pot of gold from Dollar Tree or elsewhere.
Gold coins from Dollar Tree or elsewhere.
Small wood pieces for the steps.
Little twigs for the window.
Moss from Dollar Tree or elsewhere.
Boot and stone decor from Dollar Tree.
Paper Clip and thin plastic straw for the trap.
A cut out piece of plywood for the trap mechanism that fits your hole.
Hot glue gun and hot glue stick.
A way to hollow your stump out so it can become a cell. Good luck!
