Here's a blueprint for how you can build your own skills workouts.
Start by picking the skill
1: Rep Out the Footwork
2: Layer the skill into Segmented Actions (Such as finishing/shooting off a ball screen, etc.)
3: Layer the skill into Game Shots
4: (If possible) Play 1:1/2:2/3:3 and be intentional about practicing these same skills when the opportunity arises
