I would highly recommend AceableAgent to anyone wanting to become a real estate agent. I've come up with both the pros and cons of AceableAgent:

PROS
100% ONLINE COURSE
Most obvious of the pros is the fact that it's all online. During times like this (especially with quarantine, busy lifestyles, etc.), online courses are extremely convenient. The fact that you can progress as slow or as fast as you want is a huge plus with AceableAgent. As long as you have internet and wifi, you're pretty much set to completing your course whenever you want. For me, I finished the course and prelicensing exam in less than 2 weeks of starting.

ACEABLE AGENT APP
A great feature that made me choose AceableAgent over other online courses is that it had its own downloadable app. This is an awesome plus because I could access the course content anywhere I went and still make progress throughout the course and even review whenever I wanted too. So, you could basically finish the course in bed if you wanted to, lol!

SIMPLE & EASY LAYOUT
An overall pro is that the layout of the course is super simple and pretty userfriendly even for the most struggling techusers. Yes, there is a lot of reading (as it is still an educational course), but they include quizzes, videos, level assessments, and their new audio feature where you can choose for the lesson to be read aloud to you (perfect for you auditory learners!).

NO EXTRA SELLING
Something I despise about online courses is that they always try to upsell or sell you extra additional products/plans. I liked how Aceable Agent didn't do this. There were no extra packages or bonuses. It was just a simple onetime payment with everything included simple and easy...as it should be!

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
The most important benefit (in my opinion) of AceableAgent is that they offered a money back guarantee on the State Exam. This guaranteed that for example, if you failed the Georgia real estate license qualifying exam after 3 attempts you'll get your money back from AceableAgent. This reassured me that they knew what they were doing and had the right knowledge.

CONS
CHALLENGING CONCEPTS
Do understand that, just like anything else, real estate is difficult and there are concepts that are more difficult than other to learn. Aside from this, to accommodate the challenging concepts I would prefer more supplementary learning videos to help out the visual learners out there (like me!).

LACK OF VIDEO CONTENT
This pretty much goes with the first con. I wish there were more videos with each lesson as I think this would make the course simpler to learn especially the more complex concepts.

LACK OF PRACTICE
Last con would be the fact that AceableAgent didn't include enough practice. Now, there was practice, but I just wish there were MORE practices to better prepare students for the State Exam. The practice exams that were included in the course ended up being different from the actual State Exam.
