It's not really the hardest Angel or it is the hardest? But yeah probably 2nd hardest Angel after Eva13, and the explanation behind the strat is that Evangelion units have that Angel killer ability which boosts their stats when against Eva Angels + the XL Shinji Kaworu Cat Combo makes it even more boosted.

In this video also I'm trying to voice over my video for the first time, let me know what you guys think? And please give me suggestions on how to improve it.
