It is brought to our attention, puppy scammers are surging with people staying home during the pandemic. In this video, Detective Olive investigates puppy scams and show an example of how one can be scammed so easily. Legitimate sources will always take time and diligence to make sure the dog you are choosing is a good fit for your family. The safest way to get a puppy is to adopt from a valid source whether that's from a breeder/local shelter and see the puppy in person. Keep in mind even if u see the puppy in person there may be scammers who try to sell puppies with preexisting illness so make sure you do your research and dont be shy to ask questions and proof.
