How To Anchor at the Sandbar or beach by Boat Understanding Tide & Current

How many times have you tried to anchor your boat at the sandbar or beach and stressed about it?? No one wants to be "that person" who ends up high and dry when the tide goes out! I would think 100% of boaters have hit bottom at least once in their lifetime. If they say they haven't well they are probably just not telling the truth! We have been there ourselves!
