Cooking oil spray
3 salmon fillets (fresh or frozen) – around 6 ounces each and 1 1/2 inch thick
Kosher salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Tips!
Salmon can be air fried with or without the skin.  
Cooking times may vary based on the thickness of the filets and brand of air fryer. These salmon fillets were 170 grams fillets and 1 1/2 inch thick.
