Description: How to adjust a 1 Piece Headlight Assembly that doesn’t have an adjustment screw. The basic measurement process is the same for all headlight assemblies on any vehicle, including this assembly.
This video, including the basics, shows the specifics that apply to Part Numbers: 2LHF250991PCGRS, 2LHF250991PCJMRS & G7846816. Sold by Zoro, eBay and SPECD TUNING, Instyleparts and many others.
The difference in this assembly and others is that most Headlight Assemblies have a screw to adjust the beam while these do not. So unless you know how to adjust them you’re stuck in whatever position you mounted them in. This video shows you where and how to adjust them to the proper height.

Tools I used:
9” Needle Nose Pliers with Teeth. Don’t use the smooth one they’ll just
drop the clips.
Optional Tools:
Paper Towels to block the clips from dropping behind the bumper. If you
don’t use them, be prepared to pull the Passenger Battery, the Battery
Tray and the Wash Bottle Assembly.
Telescoping Magnet, so when the clips fall you can retrieve them easier.
3/8” Drive Metric Ratchet & Socket Set. To remove Batter, Battery Tray
and Washer Bottle Assembly.
Metric Combination Wrench Set to remove the Battery Terminals.
