In this episode of our Van Build Series we start building our roof rack. We decided to do a DIY build using 80/20 aluminum and the connection points sold by DIY Van. Before we can mount our rack, I start building a tilt mount for our solar panels to angle at the sun. In this episode we run into hangups at every turn. Installing hardware wrong, numerous late packages, orientation issues, and some other planning issues. Will we be able to finish the rack the way we are hoping?!
