// TEMPERATURE

A good temperature for your cold plunge is around 50°F. No need to go much colder. The benefits like noradrenaline production begin at 60°F water exposure.



!!! BE SAFE: ALWAYS ENSURE THAT THE FREEZER HAS NO POWER (IS UNPLUGGED) WHEN YOU ARE USING THE COLD PLUNGE AND REMOVE THE FREEZER DOOR LOCK !!!
