How many grams are in one cup of flour?

We all have to deal with the struggles of finding recipes where the ingredients are listed either in the metric system (grams) or in a volume system (cups, mostly US recipes)
In this video I show you how to use measure the most common baking ingredients and list the conversions for you so next time you can convert recipes no problem ;)

NOTE: I am showing the weight as registered on my scale but what you see in writing is the accepted value, my measures are not that far off from it but as you can see there can be slight differences

Baking (bicarbonate of) soda

Salt
1 tsp = 5g

Liquid ingredients
Milk, water, etc

1 cup = 8oz
= 240ml
= 245g

1 Tbsp = 15ml
= 15g

Others

1 egg
= 60g

1 egg yolk
= 20g

1 egg white
= 3036g

Butter
1/2 cup = 4 oz
= 114g
= 8 Tbsp
