Jan Pauly bought a nearly 500yearold halftimbered house for just 7,000 Euros. The historic house was completely dilapidated. Floors, walls, ceilings everything had to be renewed. The former event manager set to work and it took a little longer than first thought. But today, after nine years of renovation by his own hand, Jan's house is finished.
