VIDEO: How I Transferred to UCLA | My Community College Story

In this video I talk about how I ended up at community college after graduating from a private high school and the surprising path the eventually lead me to UCLA. In high school I applied to UCLA, UCSD, Chapman University, Santa Clara University, NYU, Saint Mary’s College of California, Rice University and University of San Diego and was rejected by ALL OF THEM even the schools that recruited me (Saint Mary’s smh). Fast forward 3 years later and I have been accepted by UCLA, Berkeley, San Diego, Santa Barbara and Davis. I had a 3.7 GPA at the time of the application and I did not do any extra curriculars (other than the Honors Program) because I worked full time through college. I’ll be going to UCLA in the fall and I can’t wait to share my journey! There are many more videos to come, here are some of my ideas for future videos:
