Don't get me wrong, I spent years trying to "find" confidence. But as hard as I tried, I never did. What I couldn't see then was that it's not about having more strength, it's about accepting your weakness. Sharing my story and the things that changed in my life(weakness included) that brought with them a healthy, grounded kind of confidence.
