Feb. 21 (Bloomberg) Kiton, the tailoring house from Naples founded in the '60s, is the goto bespoke suit designer for the world's wellmoneyed elite. One of the most expensive suits in the world is the Kiton K50 line. It takes selected tailors 50 hours to produce it by hand and there are no more than 50 of these suits made each year.
