I get a lot of questions about the French way of eating, how French mothers eat, what French mothers cook, how French moms feed their kids, etc! Today, I'll be answering a few of these questions with my mom! We are both French and have lived in different French cities for most of our lives. My mom will talk about how she manages work, cooking, and healthy eating, and share her tips for feeding kids healthy meals! Hope this video gives you some insight on the French way of life!
