Japan has set a goal to have more than 30% female board members in organisations listed on the toptier Prime Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange by 2030.

Since the age of Abenomics, there has been an increase in the number of female entrepreneurs in Japan, but cultural expectations are still holding many back.

One of the best ways to solve this disparity is to have more role models.
