To listen to my testimony on the disease in the program “Dans ton Corps”:    • L'APNÉE DU SOMMEIL [NOTA BENE]

How good it is when you slip into cool sheets in the middle of summer or warm in the middle of winter. This moment when you bury your head in your pillow and where you indulge in daydreams to leave towards the kingdom of dreams… .until a pair of icy legs stick to you or until snoring tears at night. And sometimes sleeping is hard! Between stress, noise, city lights ...
One would tend to imagine that in the Middle Ages, it must have been the opposite. Well yeah. No fire at night, otherwise the house can go up in smoke. And then at night, it's the devil, it's darkness, so no work, no activities, we hide! And we sleep ... cool, without noise, without stress, without interruption .... Sleep was wonderful.
Yep ... let's take a closer look at this before saying bullshit!
