How bundt cakes and tube cakes are made automated production line

This food production line, in a industrial bakery, is processing Bundt or Tube cakes, in the traditional shape, and in many sizes and flavors. It is fully automated by AMF Tromp and Den Boer, from beginning where mixing takes place, and baking trays are oiled. The batter is dosed by a automated dispenser or depositing unit, in the most efficient way. The batter settles in and moves to the Den Boer tunnel oven, where many products are baked in a continuous oven, with conveyor belt. The warm and fresh cakes are depanned from the tray, and placed on the conveyor to cool down and move to packaging section, where some cakes need to be turned even 180 degrees to have the crust up for packaging. Bundt cakes are a traditional cake product, but these bakery machines can produce many different cakes; loaf cake, cupcake, muffin, brownie, donut cake, twinkies, sponge cake, and many more.
