In this video I want to encourage and support you in starting or maintaining a sketchbook habit. Let's look at sketchbooks in history and all the benefits of sketching and drawing for artistic expression and mental, physical and emotional health too! What a wonderful tool for our artist toolboxes but also for our self care toolboxes too! I'm going to share all that and share my sketchbook tour of my current sketchbook plus an older one as well.
