Built in the 1930’s by prominent Chicago architect Phillip Maher, the gracious circular floor plan of Jessica’s apartment was purposefully designed to allow light to pour into each space and to capitalize on the stunning views of Lake Michigan. Jessica was greatly inspired by flora and fauna while decorating the space. Her intrigue of insects and wildlife are playfully incorporated throughout each room.
