INGREDIENTS

*2 tomatoes, 250 g,
*egg, 1
* Soaked black funguns, 35 g
* Soaked day lily, 30 g
* Enoki mushrooms, 30 g
* tofu, 20 g
* Ham sausage, 55 g
* Shitake mushrooms, 50 g
Seasonings
*1 tsp Potato starch and 2 tbsp water for starch water
* White pepper powder, 1 tsp
* Light soy sauce, 1 tsp
* Salt, 1 tsp
* Dark soy sauce, 1 tsp
* Vinegar, 1 tbsp
* Oil, 1 tbsp
* Water, 750 ml

Instructions
1. Heat a pot over medium heat, add oil, stir fry the tomato, until they become soft, about 3 minutes
2. Add 750 ml water, bring to a boil
3. Add ham sausage, shitake mushrooms, day lily, tofu, black fungus, enoki mushrooms,bring to a boil again, boiling for 2 minutes.
4. Then add egg liquid, give it a little stir, then add all the seasonings, combine well, when it boils again, turn off the heat.
5. Hot and sour soup is ready.

How to eat
* Serve warm.
