For the month of February Bryan made honey garlic glazed salmon on the Skottle Grill! This would be the perfect dinner for any overland chef who wants to enjoy a good meal, but doesnt want to spend the time to prep before heading out onto the trail, and doesn't want to spend a whole bunch of time cooking either.
The sweet and spicy glaze was a delicious addition to this already tasty salmon topped with sliced lemons. We cannot wait for you to try this out yourselves and share in our new camp meal obsession!
