Honey Garlic Chicken

6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
Season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
In a pan on med/high heat, sear thighs on both sides until golden brown. Once cooked through (about 1012 min), add 5 minced garlic cloves to centre of pan.
Once it has become fragrant (about 30 sec) we'll add the honey garlic sauce.

Honey Garlic Sauce:
1Tbs soy sauce
2 Tbs rice wine vinegar
1/3 Honey
1Tbs chili garlic sauce

Let this simmer for about 34 min so the sauce thickens. Make sure to flip chicken to coat evenly.

Serve over rice and with your favourite vegetable!
