After replacing the battery on my vehicle the car would not start. The problem is that in the process of changing the battery a fuse was blown. The fuse was in charge of the immobilization system.That is the system that is designed to read the ignition key and make sure that it is in fact the proper key for the vehicle. This is part of the antitheft system. Vehicles can blow fuses for several reasons. It could be a short in the wiring, moisture issues, or very commonly after working on your vehicle.
