Recipe & measurements for REhydrating to eat (2 servings):
2/3 C water
1 T butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 C milk
2/3 C potato flakes
Heat water, butter & salt to boiling. Remove from heat.
Stir in milk and potato flakes with a fork until desired consistency.
Add seasonings to taste.
