Ingredients for Itlog na Maalat
6 raw eggs (hilaw, hindi luto)
2 cups room temperature water
1/4 cup iodized salt

soak for 3 weeks

throw the brine solution (watersalt)

Boil the egg with new water
remove from water (again throw the boiled water)

Ingredients for Coloring
1 cup new Boiled water
2 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon red food color
1 drop blue food color
