Easy DIY Home Made Bacon
Get yourself a nice pork belly that has some meat to it.
Coat with salt and sugar.
Seal.
Wait 5 days, flipping meat every day.
Smoke with Apple wood and oak at 170/200 degrees until you hit 150 internal temp.
Rest in fridge for 2 hours.
Cut up and fry up!
