WELCOME HOME: After completing 6 months long mission in space, Shenzhou17‘s reentry capsule, carrying three astronauts Tang Hongbo, Tang Shengjie and Jiang Xinlin, has touched down at the Dongfeng landing site in north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
China announced that the #Shenzhou17 mission was a complete success. The Shenzhou17 crew completed China’s first extravehicular repair task of the solar wing cables belonging to the #Tiangong space station’s core module during their stay. The cables were damaged by space debris impact, resulting in partial power loss.
